Usage

Use this template to note the license of an original non-English work and the English translation separately. In order to be hosted at Wikisource, both the original work and the translation must be freely licensed or in the public domain, and both licenses must be noted, even if they are the same.

You add the relevant licensing templates, complete with braces, to this template in the corresponding fields. You need to use the named parameters.
