Added volume parameter, feedback on the text line

I am needing to have a volume parameter for a nine volume work (making the volume info visible) and don't wish to be adding it per biography. So to the notes field I have added …

Which puts the note From volume X of the work. Others may have something more inventive and are welcome to amend. I had thought about putting it into the active header fields, however, that lead to a long long line of text, and as I am not presenting in volumes it didn't give much value. — billinghurst sDrewth 03:25, 27 January 2014 (UTC)

Not added Wikidata link to components

I have not added Wikidata to this template for a pass through, as it is less likely that we would want to put a WD link from a subpage article. — billinghurst sDrewth 04:08, 27 January 2014 (UTC)
