Deptt.; Acted as Special Correspondent to Daily Telegraph and Pioneer (Allahabad) with Tibet Expedition, and to Daily Mail with Mohamand Expedition; was Private Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor of Bihar and Orrisa; M.V.O., (4th class), 1906.
