Patri, Dasai of; Shri Surajmalji, Meherban Muflisan Sadagat Va Eklas Nisan Durbar Sahib; b. 1848; succeeded his brother, 1884; the estate is a 4th class one in the Kathiawar Agency; area of the estate, 165 sq. miles; population 15,000; revenue, 1½ lakhs; the Chief traces his history to a date long prior to the Christian era; the State entered into the usual agreements with the British, 1807.
