V., B.A., B.L., Judge, High Court, Madras; s. of late Vaidyanatha Aiyer; passed B.A., 1882; B.L., 1895; enrolled as Vakil of the Madras High Court, 1886; commenced practice in Madras; Law Lecturer, Madras Law College, for some years; actively connected with all public movements and public bodies; President of the 19th Provincial Conference held at Kumbakonam; raised to the Bench of the Madras High Court, 1913; Fellow, Madras University, 1904; represented that body in the Legislative Council, Madras, from 1910-13; introduced in conjunction with Hon’ble L.
