LXXIX. W.R. Davie to James Iredell.[1]

Philadelphia, August 6th, 1787

I shall leave this place on Monday next; and, probably, be in Halifax by the time you receive this, as the great outlines are now marked, and have been detailed by a committee: the residue of the work will rather be tedious than difficult.
