The Rev. C. Platts.

The Rev. Charles Platts, formerly Fellow and Junior Dean of Trinity College, Cambridge, died on Friday in his 60th year. A late scholar and graduate of London University, where he tool Firsts in Classic and Mathematics, he graduated at Cambridge as Seventh Wrangler in 1886, and three years later was elected to a Fellowship at Trinity, serving as Junior Dean from 1891 to 1899, and lecturing for some of these years at Selwyn. He was also Tancred Student at Lincoln's Inn in 1877 and Common Law Scholar in 1878. He was ordained in 1891.
