Dr. John Horace Round, of Brunswick-terrace, Hove, historian, died on June 24, leaving estate of the value of £29,655, with net personalty £24,571. He left :—
One of the portraits of his grandfather, Horace ("Horatio") Smith, to the National Portrait Gallery; six months' wages and £40 a year to Ada Ray, if in his service at the time of his death; six months' wages and £20 a year to Ellen Brine on like conditions.
