ORDINANCE
NUMBER 27
9 November 1945
FISHING
- All fishing rights within Korean waters granted by the Japanese Imperial Government, the Governor General of Korea or any other Japanese of Korean governmental subdivision or agency prior to 9 August 1945 to persons natural or juridical, are hereby declared null and void.
- After the effective date of this ordinance all fishing rights within Korean waters will be exercised in accordance with regulations issued by the Bureau of Agriculture and Commerce of the Government of Korea.
- any person violating the provisions of this ordinance, shall, upon conviction of a Military Occupation Court, suffer such punishment as the court shall determine.
- This ordinance is effectice upon its publication in the Officaial Gazette.
