My goal is to build up a library of various legal texts with annotations. This may be done on Wikibooks or Wikisources.
There still seems to be some debate about whether annotated texts should be allowed in wikisources. Personally, I think that annotated cases and statutes should be in wikisources. Treatises that summarize the law without the complete statute or case law should be in wikibooks.
