Introduction

This is the letter User:Emir214 had written on his userpage on Nov. 2, 2006. The links to other articles (and userpages) in the English Wikipedia have been removed.

Letter

Effective today, November 2, 2006, I am to leave Wikipedia, for the second time. I am to also leave ClassicBeta, WikiHow, GreatestCities, AeroXP, Win-Vista, BetaPalace and MSFN Forums effective tomorrow, November 3, 2006. This time, I will not come back.

I am leaving because I need to focus on studying. I am currently in Grade 6, of the Philippine Curriculum. I need to study so I will be the valedictorian of SY 2006-2007. I also need to focus on my journalism and other contests. I know my contributions to Wikipedia were important, such as Development of Windows XP. But, I think of Wikipedia and the other forums to be a complete waste of time. (except for research)

Also, I am having dispute with many users, both with Wikipedia and the other forums. Users from Wikipedia and GreatestCities are very harsh and ignorants. I am very sorry to say this, but that's what you really are.

Not all were ignorants though. Some were very helpful to me. In fact, I would also like to thank some users, like Djegan for welcoming me; AmiDaniel for the previous style of my userpage (I am sorry for using that style, if I may have deceived you.) and Warrens for appreciating my efforts on Windows-related articles.

If you want this username, contact me and I will give you the password.

This userpage has to be deleted after one week and I will display a "This username is free. You may contact me if you want it." note on this page.

I will, however make the texts available on Wikisource.
