Please do not mark pages as "Proofread" if the footnotes still have temporary text such as "1-fill-in" instead of the actual content. Marking a page "Proofread" means that it is ready to be transcluded in a finished work. --EncycloPetey (talk) 03:12, 14 February 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you for the correction. I didn't find out what markup to use for footnotes that do not lead to the bottom of the current page, so left that placeholder. I agree that the pages were not fully proofread as a result, though all the text on the page was complete and correct. Since then I discovered [1] which seems to be the best way to handle the voluminous endnotes provided in this book. I marked the first few endnotes on pages 3 and 121, but did not figure out how to mark page 121 as the start of the "Endnotes" section of the eventual finished book.
