Welcome to Wikisource. We are a free public library staffed entirely by volunteers. You can find more about our mission at What Wikisource Includes. We do not accept personal opinions, political or economic grievances or original research. For this reason, I reverted your post about Bulgarian vehicle excise. If you would like to contribute to our large and expanding library, there are many ways to get involved. You can read about them at the Community Portal.
