Links to other language wikis[edit]

A quick note, but you can link to works on other WMF wikis with simple code, for example [[la:Catcher in the Rye]] would link to the Latin version, while [[de:Catcher in the Rye]] would link to the German (Deutsche) one. The two-letter combination is simply the one that precedes "wikisource" in the url for that wiki. Sherurcij 20:17, 23 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

defaultsort: thanks[edit]

Hi Stratford490, thanks for defaultsorting some of the titles beginning with quotes. Did you know the software can display all such titles using Special:Prefixindex, e.g. Special:Prefixindex/"? Thank you. It's useful to know that. I may indeed find myself doing some of that kind of work in the next few weeks, as I (temporarily) no longer have access to my printed copy of Montaigne's essays, so can't do the copyediting I had intended, and perhaps should not keep adding more without being able to check what I'm adding against a printed souce.
