Zyephrus is Bureaucrat and Sysop, at French Wikisource, the user has been contributing here since March of 2006, remaining fairly active at a consistent level. Proof reading including Wikisource:Proofread of the Month, as well as more technical work like Index:ThePrincessofCleves.djvu. There is no doubt in my mind that the Zyephyrus has the skills, drive, and desire to make an excellent addition to the admin team at English Wikisource for a long time to come.
