Emerson's "Self-Reliance" is not generally classified as fiction. Nor is Thoreau's "Civil Disobedience".

Thoreau was an essayist. He doesn't belong in fiction.

Are you allowed to put regular books in here like the DaVinci Code?

Isn't "If" a poem? Shouldn't it go with poetry?
