Lincoln, 1802, and of Earnley, Sussex, 1804, and of Stonrington 1805-11, rector of Parham 1820-3, and of Lyminster 1823, all in Sussex, preb. of Chichester 1806, and canon, chaplain to the Duke of Gloucester, born 2 Dec., 1773, died 18 March, 1833.
