Malkin, Benjamin Heath, from Trinity Coll., Cambridge (B.A. 1792, M.A. 1802), s. Thomas, of St. Mary-le-Bow, London, arm. St. Mary Hall, incorp. 2 or 3 March, 1810, aged 39; B.C.L. 6 March, 1810, D.C.L. 9 March, 1810, master of Bury St. Edmund's Grammar School 1809-28, F.S.A., died 26 May, 1842, father of Sir Benjamin, judge at Calcutta, who died there 21 Oct., 1837.
