Hoby, (Sir) Philip (Bart.), s. Thomas, of Somerly, Hants, baronet. Balliol Coll., matric. 7 Nov., 1732, aged 16; B.A. 1736, M.A. 1739, created D.C.L. 14 April, 1749, of Marlow, Bucks, 5th baronet, chancellor of St. Patrick's, Dublin, and dean of Ardfert 1748, until his death 29 June, 1766.
