Powney, Peniston, s. Peniston, of Ives Place, Berks, arm. Queen's Coll., matric. 1 April, 1761, aged 17 created M.A. 23 March, 1765, and also D.C.L. 8 July, 1773, then of Ives Place, Berks (? M.P. Windsor 1780, until his death 17 Jan., 1794, as Peniston Portlock Powney).
