A speech given in response to allegations of anti-semitism and calls for his resignation following comments exchanged between him and an Evening Standard journalist, Oliver Finegold, on February 8 in which Mr Livingstone compared Mr Finegold to a concentration camp guard. Given on 22 February 2005 at City Hall, London.
