Fellow of the Royal Historical Society. Qualified as a Solicitor in 1866.[1] Author of Montgomeryshire Worthies (2nd end. 1894); Enwogian Môn (in Welsh, 1913); &c.
This author wrote articles for the 1911 Encyclopædia Britannica.
