I just wanted to add that all 3 of Peirce's papers in the Journal of Speculative Philosophy (4 Incapacities, etc) are available to anyone as pdfs for free on JSTOR.

https://www.jstor.org/action/doAdvancedSearch?f0=au&c5=AND&q6=&rr=on&group=none&pt=The+Journal+of+Speculative+Philosophy&c1=AND&f6=all&c2=AND&acc=off&isbn=&c6=AND&f3=all&f1=all&ed=&q5=&sd=&f4=all&q0=Peirce&ar=on&la=&f5=all&f2=all&c3=AND&q4=&c4=AND&q1=&q3=&q2=

Similarly, all 15 of CSP's Monist papers are available for free as well:

https://www.jstor.org/action/doAdvancedSearch?q4=&q6=&q3=&c1=AND&f2=all&c3=AND&q5=&f0=au&c2=AND&ed=&q2=&ar=on&f1=all&f6=all&f4=all&acc=off&isbn=&rr=on&c4=AND&q1=&f5=all&f3=all&pt=Monist&c5=AND&sd=&group=none&c6=AND&q0=Peirce%2C+Charles&la=

As are some of his technical stuff from AAAS (but not Science, Am. J Mathematics, or Mind, who keep those papers behind the JSTOR paywall, absurdly).

I did not edit the page just because I don't know how Wikisource folks feel about JSTOR, but everyone can grab those at no cost (for now), as it should be given all those papers are 109+ years old.
