Unable to find full name b/d dates anywhere...yet... 1919 version of TWP has the following:
- "Rees, G. E. Rev. G. E. Rees is a Master of Arts (Oxon.). He was awarded the prize at the Welsh National Eisteddfod, 1911, for his version of the Welsh National Anthem in English." Londonjackbooks (talk) 04:18, 13 December 2011 (UTC)
[1] says he died in 1944 at age 90, so born 1853 or 1854; consistent with Alumni Oxonienses: the Members of the University of Oxford, 1715-1886/Rees, George Edward which says 18 in 1872. Charles Matthews (talk) 18:12, 6 May 2022 (UTC)
