The southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section fourteen, township fourteen north, range sixty-seven west of the sixth principal meridian, Wyoming, is hereby reserved from sale or other disposition and set apart for military purposes in connection with the extension of the target range at Fort D. A. Russell, Wyoming, as authorized by Act of Congress, approved March 3, 1909 (35 Stat. L., 747).
