Upon request of the Secretary of War and the approval of the Civil Service Commission, Schedule A, section IV, of the civil-service rules is amended by the addition to paragraph 5 of these words:
- And one assistant secretary to the Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park Commission.
As amended the paragraph will read:
- All commissioners and statutory places of secretary for the national military parks, and one assistant secretary to the Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park Commission.
