Executive Order 1562

The following-named employees of the Tariff Board who have been especially recommended for retention in the public service may be transferred or appointed to appropriate positions in the competitive classified service with the approval of the Civil Service Commission; but in the case of any such person who has not a competitive status or who has not passed an appropriate examination for the position to which appointment is proposed the Civil Service Commission may apply such tests of fitness as it deems necessary before approval: Mr. Leo Rullmann, Mrs. B. C. Woodford, Mr. Herve W. Kitzmiller, Mrs. Rose R. Aydelotte, Miss Anna E. Hutchinson, Mrs. Max West, Mr. N. I. Stone, Miss Mary E. Bishop, Mr. A. L. Colton, Mr. J. L. F. Ingold, Mr. James Otey, Mr. Wilson Evans, Mr. Travers Pinn, Mr. J. Garfield Harris.


Eligibility under this order shall cease at the expiration of one year from the date of the person's separation from the Tariff Board.
