The Arc de Triomphe de l'Etoile, begun by Napoleon I in 1806. This view is made looking through Avenue Kleber toward Avenue Wagram. At right angles to this thoroughfare through the arch arc, on the right, the Champs d'Elysées, and on the left the Avenue de la Grande Armée.
