	13:35, 5 October 2023	900 × 600 (2 KB)	NorthTension	FINALLY we can settle this; after speaking with Viktor Lomantsov of vexillographia.ru he led me to this source: https://arhikub.krasnodar.ru/upload/iblock/61d/Brandbook-KK-desktop.pdf. while we aren't sure as to exactly how official this is, this is literally the best bet we have for any kind of standardized color scheme when there is no construction sheet
