Images needed[edit]

This volume has an image and decorated letter at the start of each chapter (see page 1) and a decoration at the end of each chapter (see page 11). Outlier59 (talk) 00:53, 6 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I've added Commons:Category:A History of Banking in all the Leading Nations (1896) for djvu files and illustrations. Outlier59 (talk) 13:37, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

OCR[edit]

The OCR is omitting many numbers (e.g. dates, dollar values), so watch for that. Zeros are often OCR'd as lower-case o. Outlier59 (talk) 15:08, 11 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

NOINCLUDEing top graphic for chapters[edit]

The graphic image used at the chapter tops looks rubbish when the chapters are transcluded. I am therefore wrapping these top images in a <noinclude>. — billinghurst sDrewth 11:17, 25 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Is the image rendering poorly? Outlier59 (talk) 11:36, 25 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
The top banner image was designed for a book page, and it looks like a shag on a rock when transcluded onto a full screen webpage. Best to not view it IMNSHO, so I am just letting it be in the book view where it may be seen to be within its design element. — billinghurst sDrewth 11:45, 25 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Would you no-include it if it were a pretty, multi-color, eye-catching svg? If you would include it if it were pretty, I think you should probably include it. Outlier59 (talk) 12:29, 25 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
