History of the various .djvu file uploads on the Commons:
- First upload: 06:02, 29 August 2009 uploaded by User:Mattwj2002 originated from [1]. Pages 12 and 13 scans are blurred.
- Second upload: 15:09, 2 April 2013 uploaded by User:Ineuw do not use.
- Third upload: 15:24, 2 April 2013 uploaded by User:Ineuw originated from [2] On 2013-09-06, it was discovered that pages 562 and 563 are missing and pages 572 and 573 are duplicated.
Three copies exist on IA:
- Same as (1) above Pages 12 and 13 scans are blurred.
(These two are the same versions:)
- Same as (2) above Pages 562 and 563 are missing.
- Same as (2) above Pages 562 and 563 are missing.

- Proofread the blurry pages which were readable in the 15:24, 2 April 2013 version and then reverted to the First upload in which the page page sequence 562+ is OK. — Ineuw talk 09:37, 7 September 2013 (UTC)
