SEC. 301. MEDICARE PAYMENT ADVISORY COMMISSION STATUS.[edit]
- Section 1805(a) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395b-6(a)) is amended by inserting ``as an agency of Congress´´ after ``established´´.
SEC. 302. SPECIAL DIABETES PROGRAMS FOR TYPE I DIABETES AND INDIANS.[edit]
- (a) Special Diabetes Programs for Type I Diabetes.—
- Section 330B(b)(2)(C) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-2(b)(2)(C)) is amended by striking ``2008´´ and inserting ``2009´´.
- (b) Special Diabetes Programs for Indians.—
- Section 330C(c)(2)(C) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-3(c)(2)(C)) is amended by striking ``2008´´ and inserting ``2009´´.
