Haines, Frederick Edward Grant, undergrad. Trin. Hall, Camb., a student of the Inner Temple 16 Jan., 1879 (then aged 21), called to the bar 18 April, 1883 (eldest son of Genl. Sir Frederick Paul Haines, G.C.B., G.C.S.I., C.I.E.); born 22 July, 1857 (see Foster's Our Noble and Gentle Families).
