Handley, Richard, bank manager and treasurer of the corporation of Blackpool, a student of the Middle Temple 12 June, 1880, called to the bar 26 Jan., 1884 (eldest son of John Handley, of Manchester); born 8 April, 1845; married 7 June, 1875, Jane, 2nd dau. of late William Livingstone, of Blackpool.
