Hardman, William, M.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1854, chairman of Surrey sessions (first court) since 1877, second court 1871-2, sometime deputy chairman), recorder of Kingston-on-Thames since 1868, J.P., D.L. Surrey, J.P. Kingston-on-Thames, member of court of general assessment sessions for London, inspector of Woking convict prison, contested East Surrey 1868, a student of the Inner Temple 14 Nov., 1848 (then aged 20), called to the bar 30 April, 1852 (only son of late William Bridge Hardman, of Bury, Lanc.); born , 1828; married 5 Dec., 1855, Mary Anne, only dau. of late James Radley, Esq., of Liverpool.
