Ingram, William James, B.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1871, M.P. Boston 1874-80, April, 1880, unseated July following, J.P. Surrey, a student of the Middle Temple 12 April, 1869, went to the Inner Temple 15 Jan., 1870 (then aged 22), where he was called to the bar 18 Nov., 1872 (eldest son of late Herbert Ingram, Esq., M.P., of Loudwater, Herts); born , 1848; married , 1874, Mary Eliza Collingwood, eldest dau. of late Edward Stirling, Esq., and has issue.
