Neish. William, went the South-eastern circuit, sometime solicitor in Dundee, J.P. Forfarshire, a student of Lincoln's Inn 4 Nov., 1856 (then aged 41), called to the bar 10 June, 1859 (2nd son of William Neish, late of Dundee, merchant, dec.); born ⁠, 1815; married ⁠, 1848, ⁠, dau. of George Watson, Esq.
