Noel, Wriothesley Baptist, judge of insolvency court Melbourne, Victoria, since ⁠, chief commissioner insolvent estates Victoria 1861, a student of the Middle Temple 8 Nov., 1847, called to the bar 22 Nov., 1850 (eldest son of late Rev. and Hon. Baptist Wriothesley Noel); born 15 Aug., 1827; married 1st, ⁠; he married 2ndly, 2 June, 1883, Blanche Mabel Mayne, only surviving dau. of James Hatch Gibbs, bar-at-law Melbourne, and of Glenroy Park, Brighton, Victoria, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage, E. Gainsborough).
