Parkyns, Thomas Mansfield Forbes, a member of the Midland circuit, undergrad. Brasenose Coll., Oxon, a student of the Inner Temple 16 Nov., 1874 (then aged 21), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1879 (eldest son of Sir Thomas George Augustus Parkyns, Bart.); born 30 April, 1853 (see Foster's Baronetage).
