Rattigan, William Henry, sometime an assistant commissioner Lahore, Bombay C.S., author of De Jure Personarum, of Select cases in Hindu Law, and of The Hindu Law of Adoption, a student of Lincoln's Inn 3 Nov., 1871 (then aged 29), called to the bar 7 June, 1873 (only surviving son of Bartholomew Rattigan, Esq., of Athy, co. Kildare, and of the Indian army); born , 1842.
