Rising, Robert, M.A., Pembroke Coll., Camb., 1827, a commissioner of bankrupts 18—, J.P. Norfolk, lord of the manor and patron of Horsey, went the Norfolk circuit, a student of Lincoln's Inn 26 March, 1824 (then aged 22), called to the bar 25 Nov., 1828 (only son of Robert Rising, Esq., of Horsey, Norfolk); born , 1802; married , 1830, Elizabeth, dau. of Charles Compton Parish, Esq., of Hemsby, Norfolk, and has issue.
