Coll., Camb., 1879, a member of the Southeastern circuit, author of A Treatise on the Law of Rating, a student of Lincoln's Inn 17 Nov., 1875 (then aged 23), called to the bar 3 July, 1878 (only son of George Rosher, Esq., of Northfleet, Kent); born ⁠, 1852; married 14 Aug., 1879, Eleanor, eldest dau. of John Dudgeon, Esq., of Gravesend.
