SUBTITLE A — AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS
[edit]Sec. 201. Authorization of Appropriations.
[edit]- Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2010 for the use of the Department of Defense for research, development, test, and evaluation as follows:
- (1) For the Army, $10,638,534,000.
- (2) For the Navy, $19,607,161,000.
- (3) For the Air Force, $28,401,642,000.
- (4) For Defense-wide activities, $20,604,271,000, of which $190,770,000 is authorized for the Director of Operational Test and Evaluation.
Sec. 202. Relation to funding table.
[edit]- The amounts authorized to be appropriated by section 201 shall be available, in accordance with the requirements of section 4001, for projects, programs, and activities, and in the amounts, specified in the funding table in section 4201.
