FORMATION OF THE PREPARATORY COMMISSION FOR PHILIPPINE INDEPENDENCE
Approval is hereby granted to the formation of the Preparatory Commission for Philippine Independence, as composed of the following members selected by the Special National Convention of the Kalibapi.
The Commission is authorized to proceed immediately with the preparatory work for independence.
