Relocation of PRI-3 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of PRI-1, PRI-2, and a new facility in San Juan then easterly and southerly over the new facility to the intersection of present PRI-3. Eliminate the present PRI-3 designation between Ceiba and the intersection of PR-31.
