Born, Baltimore, Maryland, April 12, 1874; graduate Western Maryland College and George Washington University, receiving degrees of A.B., LL.B. and LL.M.; married Dorothy E. Webb, February 10, 1904; one daughter; admitted to practice in District of Columbia, 1896; admitted to Colorado Bar. 1897.
