Born, August 8, 1888; B.A., and LL.B., University of Colorado; M.A., University of Denver; married Obie Sue Pulliam, June, 1915; has one son, David; admitted Colorado Bar and Federal Court practice, 1913; member House of Representatives, 1914-16; Deputy District Attorney, 1915-16; State Senator, 1916-20; member Masonic bodies, Elks, Sons of American Revolution, Democratic Club, Civic and Commercial Association, Denver Bar Association; non-commissioned officer Colorado National Guard; winner of inter-collegiate debates in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas; member of the law firm of Dunklee & Dunklee.

President Denver Bar Association, 1903; came to Colorado in 1882; studied law in offices of Patterson & Thomas; admitted Colorado Bar, 1887; County Attorney, 1901-02; member Democratic Club, Masonic bodies, I. O. O. F.; born, May 7, 1858; graduate Lyndon Literary Institute; taught school in Vermont and at Raton, New Mexico, until he came to Denver; married Mary E. Vaughan of St. Johnsbury, Vt., 1883; continuously engaged in general law practice at Denver since admission.
