Q To be clear, Mr. Stone, are you asserting your Fifth Amendment privilege against answering our questions about your speaking engagements on January 5th and 6th because you believe that your truthful and honest answers could expose you to potential criminal prosecution?
A I once again invoke my Fifth Amendment right and respectfully decline to answer that question.

Mr. Stone, were you previously convicted of making false statements to Congress?
The Witness. I respectfully decline to answer that question based on my Fifth Amendment rights.
Mr. Schiff. Mr. Stone, are you invoking your Fifth Amendment rights because of a concern over potentially making additional false statements to Congress or for your involvement in the underlying conduct that led to the insurrection?
The Witness. Based on the advice of my counsel, I will respectfully decline to answer that question based on my Fifth Amendment rights as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.
