Central Processes limited

PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that under Part I of "The Companies Act. 1934." letters patent have been issued under the Seal of the Secretary of State of Canada. hearing date the 23rd day of August, 1939, incorporating Randolph Walter Howe, mining engineer, Edwin Oldham, George William Kimber, Wallace James Cromb and William Francis Kerwin, clerks, all of the City of Montreal, in the Province of Quebec, For the following principal purposes. viz:—

To engage in the business of manufacturing, producing. buying. selling or otherwise dealing in chemicals, fuels and allied products, and in processes, machinery and other equipment for the production thereof.

The operations of the company to be carried on throughout the Dominion of Canada and elsewhere by the name of "Central Processes Limited." with a capital stock of 850.000. divided into 5,000 shares of the par value of $10 each and the head office of the said company to be at the City of Montreal, in the Province of Quebec.

Dollar investment Surveys Limited

PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that under Part I of "The Companies Act. 1934." letters patent have been issued under the Seal of the Secretary of State of Canada, bearing date the 3rd day of August, 1939, incorporating Cecil Minto Pyle, Russell Arthur Whiter and Donald Fulton Hull, all of the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, barristers-at-law. for the following principal purposes, via:—

1. To establish. maintain and carry on in any and all branches, and whether as principals, contractors, managers, advisers or agents the business of buying, selling, leasing, controlling, exchanging or in any other manner or way whatsoever dealing and trading in, or obtaining or holding stocks, bonds, royalties, patents and trade-marks and real and personal property of every description and kind and while the holder, owner or possessor thereof to exercise all percent and privileges appurtenant thereto.

The operations of the company to be carried on throughout the Dominion of Canada and elsewhere by the name of "Dollar Investment Surveys Limited." with a capital stock of $40.000, divided into 8,000 shares of the par value of $5 each, and the head office of the said company to be at the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario.

The company shall be deemed to be a private company under the provisions of The Companies Act.

PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that under Part I of "The Companies Act, 1934." letters patent have been issued under the Seal of the Secretary of State of Canada. bearing date the 28th day of August, 1939, incorporating Victor Martyn Lynch-Staunton, Hugh Hathaway Turnbull, and John Fitswilliam Stairs, advocates, Arthur Cecil Lambert, clerk, and Frances Jean Maxwell Edington, stenographcr, all of the City of Montreal, in the Province of Quebec. for the following principal puposes, via:—

(a) To carry on a general investment and financial business and to set as concessiennaires, financial agents and advisers, investment dealers and counsel, promoters, underwriters (except by way of insurance), financial brokers and agents and to undertake, carry on and transact financial agency business of all kinds.

The company shall be deemed to be a private company under the provisons of The Companies Act.

PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that under Part I of "The Companies Act, 1934." supplementary letters patent have been issued under the Seal of the Secretary of State of Canada, bearing date the 22nd day at August, 1939, confirming and declaring to be binding upon "Amalgamated Electric Corporation, Limited." incorporated by letters patent dated the seventh day of March, 1929, and its pretended and common shareholders, the compromise or arrangement agreed to on the twelfth day of July, 1939.

Sandvik Canadian Limited

PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that under Part I of "The Companies Act, 1934." supplementary letters patent, have been tuned under the Seal of the Secretary of State of Canada, bearing date the 25th day of August, 1939, amending and varying the provisions of the letters patent incorporating "Sandvik Canadian Limited," dated the eighteenth day of November, 1925, by adding thereto the private company clauses, and thereby converting the said company from a public company into a private company.
