Graſ. He lived like a Gentleman.

Coun. What Time was it you ſaw the Mare?

Graſ. I ſaw the, Mare about Auguſt in his Poſſeſſion.

Court to the Priſoner. Will you aſk this Witneſs any Queſtions?

Priſ. No, I have nothing to ſay.

Court. Can you be poſitive that Palmer offered this Mare to Sale?

Graſ. Yes, indeed, I can, and I am poſitive this is the Man (looking to Palmer.)
